It’s true, and she’s right. It’s really difficult having to un-train someone who is set in their way or who thinks s/he knows what’s best and has it all figured out. The only thing more ridiculous than the kids who walk into their first day on the job with the mindset that they’re the smartest ones in the room are the ones who have been in the same position for a decade with that mindset, all the while grumbling about the inept bosses who “don’t get it.”
