FULL DISCLOSURE: I like Mary.

I like that she uses her blog to document her life instead of living her life in her dashboard like so many others. I guess people hate her because she’s a more accessible, online version of the socialite archtype they love to hate, somebody to chastise when she makes comments about being fat or being skinny, ridicule for living richly or being poor, someone to berate when she’s honest or consider deceptive when she doesn’t give haters the ammo they need to criticize her. I don’t know, and really don’t care… I hope she doesn’t either.

I like her. I think she’s smart, pretty, and can be really funny when she chills out and stops taking herself so seriously. She’s stylish and adventurous, and it seems like she’s doing her best to make it in this world, which takes a lot of courage, particularly when you are your brand… and I could never hate a girl who likes putting things up her ass.

So yeah, I think Mary Rambin is pretty cool. And you all know I’m pretty cool, so do the math.
