Lots of thoughts on Flash (via Brianvan)
Flash shouldn’t really exist in the way that it does. It should be a niche media platform. It is ubiquitous because of almost universal abuse through advertisements and hyper-visual web content.
Apple should not be expected to support Flash on all their devices, especially on devices well outside of the desktop computer category. (The iPad isn’t meant to be a desktop workstation.)
Flash is not...

Could You Live Without Flash? →
i agree with you for the most part, but you get rid of flash by coming up with something better and getting everyone to adopt it, not buy bullying everyone into submission because you CAN cause you’re APPLE and everyone must do what you say. i fucking hated that shit with music and DRM and whatever the fuck apple’s version of music files is. if you purchased music from the store you could ONLY...

Could You Live Without Flash? →
Turn off Flash on your computer for a week and see how it changes your experience. If you don’t think you can handle that, click the link above and use Click To Flash to choose to turn Flash on or off each time it is requested. It will be interesting to see just how ubiquitous Flash is and how much not supporting Flash could ruin the iPad experience.

Interactive Design
Clients: Should we include the physical address? Our thoughts are that the Beverly Hills address makes us look bigger and more important.
Me: Oh I definitely agree. That's why I have "Beverly Hills, California 90210" tattooed on my dick.
Clients: [awkward stares of uncertainty]
Me: I actually spelled out "California." Very nice calligraphy.
Clients: Okay lets see it with the address. [gasps!] The design! Lets see *the design* with the address.
Me: Sounds great. I think we're done here.
